Sas Manogram, based in Kuala Lumpur, an executive recruiter of covers a range of sectors focusing on corporate functions, serving as a catalyst for connecting, engaging and bringing business and individuals together. Beyond her functional expertise in executive recruitment, she helps clients on broad range of leadership topics at individual, team and organizational levels including career and executive coaching and organization and team talent strategy. She is especially passionate about supporting mission driven companies and defining the further evolution of leadership pervades all organizations.
Prior to establishing ARBOR, Sas held several roles with global Recruitment firm focusing on supply chain, human resources and legal professionals and worked in manufacturing organization overseeing process flow.
Sas training includes a degree in Psychology from the U.S, MBA from Australia and Certified Professional Coach accreditation awarded by the International Coaching Federation.
She makes a point of learning from great people that she crosses paths with. Sas is especially passionate about kindness in leadership. She loves to travelling, exploring good food, being in touch with nature and curious what makes people tick.
Eireen Ooi, based in Kuala Lumpur, is a personal brand expert she has worked across branding, media and advertising developing an unrivaled understanding of personal branding, style and image projection. She comes with diverse background in the creative industry. With a strong passion for design and eye for details.
She has 20 years of experience as a creative Director with Blu Inc Media and Head of Design with Ogilvy & Mather Advertising. Collaborated with sales, editorial, and design teams to develop effective looks, advertorial campaigns, and creative buys for 14 magazines. Benefiting from her experience in media, Eireen understands the power of perception. She collaborates with design teams, photographers, videographers and editorial to develop effective images for brands and individuals. Eireen instills confidence in her clients, helping them stride into every room with poise and conviction.
Eireen graduated from Academy of Art University with a Bachelors of Graphic Design. She runs a florist café, where she creates bespoke arrangements of preserved and dried flowers for special occasions, catering to customers' preferences and specifications. She enjoys exploring eateries and creating menus.
Esmeralda Garcia, based in Bangkok has grown her international experience across a range of sectors. She is an executive and team coach, trainer, and facilitator. She supports leaders and Teams in developing leadership skills, leading change and achieving results with purpose, vision, and impact.
She has almost 20 years of extensive cross-cultural experience as an HR specialist, career and recruitment consultant, trainer, and facilitator for corporations, NPOs, and public institutions. Esmeralda has designed and delivered blended leadership programs online, onsite, and in-house. She has also facilitated 360 feedback debriefs, co-development and collective intelligence groups, webinars, workshops, team building, individual and team coaching
She earned a Master's in Organisational Psychology and Human Resources Management. She is certified as a Coactive (CTI), Organization and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSCC), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NPL) Practitioner, Intercultural Trainer, Positive Intelligence coach, and Leadership Cicle Profile (LCP).
Esmeralda is a life-long learner who is always looking for growth opportunities. She loves diversity in all its forms, reconnecting with nature, spending quality time with friends, cooking, hosting diners, and dancing. As a mother of two daughters, deep and meaningful relationships are the center of her life.
Sorelle Henricus based in Singapore, a Certified Professional Resume Writer, ghostwriter, and thought leadership strategist, Sorelle creates strategic custom career documents for professionals in the corporate and non-profit sectors including research, finance, technology, marketing, and hospitality and more.
She is a strategist and communicator specializing in empowering executives thought leaders and entrepreneurs to create real impact through powerful communication strategies. After working with hundreds of students at Asia's top universities, Sorelle experienced firsthand how each person has unique gifts that need to be articulated. She believes that mastering professional presentation, whether on paper or in person, is a gateway to accomplishing our life's work.
Holding a PhD in English Language and Literature, she brings a depth of knowledge and expertise to her work.
