Where We Come From
ARBOR was built on a foundation of executive search; years spent placing senior leaders and sitting close to the decisions that shape how organisations grow, transform, and change.
That proximity revealed a pattern worth paying attention to.
Transformations rarely fail because of strategy alone. They fail because of what the strategy never accounted for, leadership teams publicly aligned but privately fractured, cultures signalling readiness without fully embodying it, resistance forming quietly long before anyone names it.
The risk was rarely the plan itself.
It was the organisation beneath it.
