Where we come from

ARBOR's foundation is in executive search years of placing senior leaders, sitting close to the decisions that shape how organisations grow and change.

That proximity revealed one pattern worth paying attention to.

Transformations don't fail because of a flawed strategy. They fail because of what the strategy never accounted for leadership teams publicly aligned and privately fractured, cultures that performed readiness without possessing it, resistance forming quietly long before anyone named it. The risk was never in the plan. It was in the organisation.

That's what ARBOR exists to surface — before it becomes expensive.
